I wonder if there's any way I can take credit for it....
Apparently it's all due to the really drunk bloke on the flight. He whinged on about flying into Heathrow the start of it's many-day shutdown, followed by a long wait in New York when the plane was stuck waiting hours for a gate. And there we were, snow in Richmond and a gate jetway that was frozen closed. Hrmmm
